Returns Policy

Our company strives to Bring to you the best products possible, however we have a strict returns policy.

Due to hygienic purposes, any open or used products cannot be returned.

We only accept returns on goods purchased incorrectly or if you are not happy with the product after you decided to purchase it.

All goods that are returned needs to be in its original packaging and unopen.

There will be 5% restocking fee.

The customer will be liable to pay the return delivery cost. The customer may use their own delivery method to return the goods or request Flawless by LMG to send the courier to collect the goods. Return delivery fees to Flawless by LMG will be billed prior to the courier collecting the package.

The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount after inspection of the product if it passes the returns inspection.

We are not held liable should any losses occur when you send your return goods back to us.
