Shipment is powered by The Courier Guy unless otherwise stated.

Shipping fee is calculated at check out and billed accordingly to the area you are based in.

There is strictly no refunds on delivery.

Kindly be advised, your order will only be dispatched once payment reflects into our account.

Please allow 2 to 3 working days for your order to be processed, prepared and dispatched.

Should there be any delay from the courier company, we will not be responsible to resolve the matter, a tracking number will be provided for you to get assistance from The Courier Guy.

There is absolutely no refunds on courier services as the service is offered by a different company of which we pay to use their services.
